This Monday Morning Mockery: Stuff
The lifecycle of stuff goes like this: dig something up from the earth, make something out of it, sell it, use it, sell it again at a yard sale, reuse it, leave it on a curb, put it back in the earth in an unusable form.
The human contradiction: People always have more stuff than they need, but never less stuff than they want.
An Estate Sale: A garage sale put on by the deceased.
Advertising: the art of convincing people that they need more stuff.
