The work crew fixing the bridge in the quiet neighborhood showed up extra early and was banging away on the job. Mona who worked the late shift and lived in earshot was incensed to be woken up from a sound sleep and walked down the block in her bathrobe to confront the foreman, as she had done numerous times before.
Mona: "Is there any chance that you could start your work AFTER sunrise?"
Foreman: "The city construction ordinance allows us to start the job at 7:30 and that is when we start--not before, not after."
Mona: "Yes, but this is the Central time zone, not the Eastern."
